Set the date. Answer once a day.

One decision up front, then a single honest question every morning. Everything else in the app runs off those two things.

Sober, or you drank. Add the trigger, your mood, and a note if you want to. One check-in a day, editable.

Log cravings as they hit

Intensity and trigger, then breathing or a meditation track if you need somewhere to put it. The clock keeps running.

A craving is not a relapse.

Wanting a drink and having one are different events. Only one of them touches your count.

That's why the app is safe to be honest in. You can log the worst night of the month and lose nothing.
