EHM Tech LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Tax Calculator US - Tax47 mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our App.

1. PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN

Tax Calculator US is designed with your privacy as the top priority. All tax calculations are performed entirely on your device. Your financial data, income information, and calculation results are never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your tax-related information, including but not limited to: income amounts, filing status, dependents, deductions, or calculated tax amounts.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

While your tax data remains private on your device, we collect limited technical data to operate the App:

  • Advertising identifiers for personalized ads (via Google AdMob)
  • Crash reports for app stability (native platform reporting)
  • Purchase data for subscription management and analytics (via RevenueCat)
  • Device identifiers for fraud prevention and entitlement validation (via RevenueCat)

3. ADVERTISING

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to personalize ads based on your interests.

iOS Users: The App uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You will be asked to allow or deny tracking when you first use the App. You can change this setting at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Android Users: You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings under Google > Ads.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES

Payment Processing: If you purchase the Pro version, your payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not collect or store your payment information.

Subscription Management: We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements. RevenueCat collects:

  • App usage events (app opened, subscription screens viewed)
  • Device type and operating system
  • Transaction data (purchase receipts, subscription status)
  • Last seen time in app

5. SUPPORT CONTACT DATA

If you contact us for support through the App, the support email may include technical information to help us assist you:

  • App version
  • Operating system version
  • Device model
  • Timezone

This information is only collected when you choose to initiate contact and is used solely to provide support.

6. DATA RETENTION

Your tax calculations and saved scenarios are stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored data is deleted.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

  • Right to access information we hold about you
  • Right to request deletion of your data
  • Right to opt out of personalized advertising
  • Right to data portability

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
