END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS APPLICATION.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("You" or "User") and EHM Tech LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the Paycheck Calculator (US) mobile application ("Application" or "App").

By downloading, installing, or using this Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You can review the most current version of this Agreement at https://www.ehm-tech.com/paycheck-calculator/eula/.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, EHM Tech LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

The Application is licensed, not sold. EHM Tech LLC retains ownership of all copies of the Application and reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. FINANCIAL CALCULATIONS DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Application provides paycheck and tax calculations for informational and educational purposes only. All calculations are estimates based on the information you provide and current tax tables.

THE APPLICATION IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL TAX OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. Tax laws are complex and change frequently. You should consult with a qualified tax professional or financial advisor for official calculations and advice specific to your situation.

We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any calculations or information provided by the Application. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information obtained from the Application.

5. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

The Application offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions that remove advertising and unlock additional features. The available subscription durations (currently monthly and annual) and pricing in your local currency are displayed in the Application before you confirm a purchase. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

We will notify you of any subscription price changes in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play requirements, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

6. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

All data collection is anonymous. The Application uses Firebase Analytics, Google AdMob (including mediated networks such as Meta Audience Network), and RevenueCat to deliver analytics, advertising, and purchase management. These services collect and receive device identifiers (including advertising IDs, Firebase Installation IDs, and platform device IDs), IP address, app interactions, crash and performance data, coarse location inferred from the network, and in-app purchase details such as product identifiers, price, currency, and timestamps. We do not ask you to submit names or contact information inside the Application. The collected identifiers and purchase metadata, while entirely anonymous and unable to identify you personally, may be considered personal data under applicable privacy laws because they relate to your device.

We share the above data with advertising and commerce providers so they can provide analytics insights, ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and subscription validation on our behalf. This includes Google AdMob and, via AdMob mediation, Meta Audience Network for advertising, as well as RevenueCat for purchase management. These providers may combine the data with information they already hold about you and will process it according to their respective privacy policies.

We initialize these services when you launch the Application. In regions where required, we display a consent form through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) and provide an in-app "Your Privacy Choices" entry to revisit your selections. We also rely on platform-level controls—such as Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, Google Play Services settings, and operating-system advertising preferences—to govern whether identifiers like IDFA or the Google Advertising ID are available for personalized ads. The Application does not provide a separate in-app tracking toggle. You can limit analytics or advertising personalization by using those device settings, resetting your advertising identifier, or contacting us so we can relay an opt-out request to our partners. Limiting identifiers may reduce personalization but will not prevent access to the core paycheck calculation functionality.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Application uses the following third-party services:

Your use of the Application may be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third-party service providers.

Additional Apple App Store Terms. If you download the Application from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) this Agreement is concluded solely between you and EHM Tech LLC, and not with Apple Inc.; (b) EHM Tech LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the Application and its content; (c) Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Application; (d) to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Application, and any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure of the Application to conform to any warranty are the sole responsibility of EHM Tech LLC; (e) Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application or your possession or use of the Application, including product liability claims, claims that the Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, or claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation; (f) you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties; and (g) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EHM TECH LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

EHM Tech LLC does not warrant that:

You assume the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Application. Should the Application prove defective, you assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EHM TECH LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:

IN NO EVENT SHALL EHM TECH LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50.00).

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The foregoing limitations shall apply even if EHM Tech LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EHM Tech LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

12. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

You acknowledge that the Application may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations and will not export, re-export, or transfer the Application except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Application was obtained.

13. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS

If you are a U.S. Government end user, the Application is a "Commercial Item" as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of "Commercial Computer Software" and "Commercial Computer Software Documentation," and is being licensed to U.S. Government end users only as Commercial Items with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to this Agreement.

14. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

EHM Tech LLC may from time to time develop patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications to the Application ("Updates"). Updates may be automatically installed without providing any additional notice or receiving any additional consent. You consent to such automatic Updates. You acknowledge that this Agreement will apply to all Updates.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Agreement within the Application. Your continued use of the Application after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and EHM Tech LLC regarding the Application and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the Application.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Application shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

18. NO WAIVER

The failure of EHM Tech LLC to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
