Build a habit that actually sticks

No complicated setup. Create a habit, check in each day, and watch your consistency grow.

1

Create a Habit

Add a habit with a name, icon, color, and optional reminder. Choose between a simple check-off or a counter for habits with targets like glasses of water or pages read.

2

Check In Daily

Tap to mark your habit complete each day. The app tracks your check-ins on a visual heatmap so you can see your activity at a glance — just like a GitHub contribution graph.

3

Own Your Streak

Track your current streak, longest streak, and completion rate as they grow over time. The heatmap fills in as you stay consistent, giving you a visual reason to keep going.

How Does Habit Tracking Work?

Every habit follows a loop: a cue triggers a routine, and a reward reinforces it. Habit tracking works by making the routine visible. When you physically mark a habit as done each day, the act of checking in becomes its own small reward, and the growing streak creates motivation to continue.

Heatmaps and streaks borrow from what Jerry Seinfeld calls the "don't break the chain" method. The idea is simple: do the thing every day and mark it on a calendar. After a few days, you have a chain of completed days, and the longer the chain gets, the harder it is to break. Heatmaps go further by showing intensity over weeks and months, so patterns and gaps are obvious at a glance.
